Then slowly release the hand and go back to the previous position. Do this asana 5-10 times daily.

To do this asana first 1- Sit with both legs straight and together. 2- Now try to raise both legs together as much as you can. Do not touch the floor with hands, keep balance. 3- Can't do this seat perfectly at first. So lift your legs as much as you can and come back to the previous position. 4- Slowly try to lift the leg up again each time. Do asana 5 times daily to get a lean and attractive waist.


The Bridge Pose

3- The Bridge Pose Lean and attractive waist This asana is equally beneficial for your heart, shoulders, spine and abdomen. It also helps to increase your metabolism rate. Practice to do this asana 1- Lie flat, bend your knees and touch the floor as shown in the picture. 2- Exhale and slowly lift your waist and back off the floor. 3- Remember, your nose should touch your chest and your palms should be flat on the floor. 4- Stay like this for a full minute and then lower the body to the floor again with slow breathing.


The Snake Pose

4- The Snake Pose This asana is very helpful in increasing the strength of your spine, waist and abdominal muscles. It also heats up the body gradually. Know what to do 1- First lie on your stomach. Both feet will be slightly spaced and palms will be placed on the floor next to the head. 2- Now with slow breathing slowly lift the upper part of the body upwards as shown in the picture. 3- Try to tighten the abdominal muscles as much as you can. Make sure that the feet are planted on the floor. Stay like this for 15-20 seconds.

By doing these 4 asanas daily, your body will be beautiful which you could not imagine before.
